Bobby and Deede Melder purchased Hermitage Stationers in early 2008.
The name was changed to Deede's Hallmark and then the work began to make the store have a look and feel that was open and inviting to our customers.
The renovation was completed the following year.
Customer service is the main focus of Deede's Hallmark. Bobby remarked recently,
"We love the cards and unique gifts that we are able to offer, but our passion is to have a store that offers the best in friendly, helpful service."
As a family owned and operated store, Bobby, Deede, and daughter Megan,
want the store to reflect their Christian values and their enthusiasm for providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Bobby is constantly thinking of ways to help others, whether that is helping charities or just brightening people’s day with a smile.
Deede
School teacher by day, supporting wife and mother at night.
This woman can do it all.
Megan
The only child of Deede and Bobby, Megan works as an employee for Deede’s Hallmark. She has worked there since she was thirteen years old.
